How do I pay?
Checkout shows a UPI QR code. Scan it with any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), pay the exact amount, then upload the screenshot and enter the UTR. There are no cards or wallets to set up.
When is my order confirmed?
We check your payment proof right away — usually within an hour. You will see the status change on My orders, and get a WhatsApp message when it is confirmed.
How long does shipping take?
We dispatch within 24 hours of confirming your payment through Delhivery or Shiprocket. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days across India. Delivery is charged at checkout — you pick a speed and see the exact charge before you pay.
Are the watches authentic?
Yes. Every piece is hand-picked and inspected before it is listed, and the photos you see are of the actual watch you will receive.
What is your return policy?
You can return a watch within 7 days of delivery if it is not what you expected. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to start a return.
What if two people want the same watch?
Each watch is a single piece. The first confirmed order gets it; if someone beat you to it, we will tell you at checkout so you never pay for something that is gone.
